It's starting as a local pastry chef dreaming up a late-night bakery for the community. One that doesn't sacrifice high-quality baked goods and can be a fun space for Pacifica to come together.

Ever crave a sweet treat late a night in town and have no where to go but Safeway or rush to catch a local restaurant before they close?

Built on 3 key pillars, this concept is being developed to satisfy a deep need for getting a sweet treat in good company after 6pm in town.

    • Life’s too short to not celebrate every day with a sweet moment
    • Big accomplishments, little ones and even your dogs birthday
  • Convenience
    • Sweet cravings don’t run on a morning schedule and clock out at 6pm
    • Open late when the rest of the city has called it a night

    • Games, good company, and a new place to connect with friends and family

Originally from Chicago, but now a local Pacifican, Patricia has a background in fine dining with experience working in Chicago, Paris and San Francisco.
